I authorize iVideoCrew or your other payment processors to charge me for the above total. I further affirm that the name and personal information provided on this form are true and correct.

I further declare that I have read, understand and accept iVideoCrew's business terms as published on this page below.

Product Refund Policy

Once we deliver your iVideoCrew video product, we provide you a 30-day evaluation period. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate and ensure your videos are fully functional. For all products, our Video Implementation Guide is included with your order. During the evaluation period, technical support is available by contacting us at support@ivideocrew.com or by simply calling us.

During the 30 day evaluation period after purchase if there is an issue with the video quality or functionality of your Video Product, iVideoCrew will be more than happy to correct any video quality or functionality issue at NO COST TO YOU.

Product Sales

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final once the order has been delivered and after your Actor of choice has been filmed for you at one of our studios. If you feel the actor did not perform as desired, we will work with you, but you will need to pay the actors again at a discounted rate if a reshoot is requested or full price if a different actor for the same video is obtained. Again, as stated, if you have any issues with the quality or functionality of your Video product we will be more than happy to correct this for you during the 30 day evaluation period.

iVideoCrew takes your privacy seriously. This policy covers how iVideoCrew.com treats personal information that we receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

iVideoCrew receives personal information when you register with us and use iVideoCrew.com services. When you register we ask for information such as your first name, last name, phone number, fax number, email address country location.

iVideoCrew does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or companies.

You agree to treat as strictly private and confidential any subscriber username, or password which you may have received from ivideocrew.com's, and all information to which you have access through password-protected areas of ivideocrew.com 's websites and will not cause or permit any such information to be communicated, copied or otherwise divulged to any other person whatsoever.
